Tough Choices
Quality is important but I find that I tend to have a liking for certain brands and stick with them even if things are perfect. I'm willing to give a brand a little slack if I like their stuff.

Yeah i kinda agree. I'm more into component level than bike brand though. If the wheels and components are good then most big name brand frames are all pretty good. My Giant AC Air Lite has lasted for years with little or no maintenance and many miles. It ain't the most fashionable bike but it's like the eveready bunny, it just keeps going.
