I'll be closing on a heavily wooded lot that also has a "fixer-upper" at 2113 Blackiston Mill Rd., in Clarksville, IN (about 5 miles north of the river, or about 1 mile from Greentree Mall/Bass Pro Shops) sometime next week.

Most of the work would be on the weekends, but I may be taking a few days off during the week as well to get some work done.
