Does anyone train with a heart rate monitor?

I just picked up one. It's a neat gadget, but I haven't used it to adjust my training yet. Any suggestions?

I picked one up recently on Moots Jim. It was 20 bucks and I thought I could use it eventually. If you ever want to use it let me know. Your bike is still waiting for you whenever you need it.
