Fullerton, CA police recently arrested 52 yr. old Warren John Wilson, who acknowledged digging holes on a bike trail as payback for a cyclist who nearly ran him over.
Now facing a felony charge of vandalism, Wilson is responsible for digging almost 50 holes, typically 1ft x 2 ft, at Laguna Lake Park.
Fullerton police report that some riders actually went over the bars after hitting the holes, some of which Mr. Wilson attempted to conceal. Fortunately, no serious injuries were reported.
