seeking racers

Hello all, my name is Tom Waggener and I own a bike shop in Shelbyville, KY. This year, we are putting together a racing team with the intent of developing new riders, racing road, cyclocross, mountain and whatever else tickles our fancy. As the shop is in Shelbyville, most of the training rides will be nearby, so we are looking for around a dozen racers who could attend training rides somewhat regularly and go to races in the general area.
There will be some form of sponsorship which will pay partial, if not all of the kit cost, and I will be providing healthy discounts on bikes and equipment from my shop. Currently, I carry Jamis, Schwinn, GT, Fuji, and SE.
