Anyone wanting to ride this winter to get in base miles (road/mountain) in the Bowling Green area, please express your interest. I'm aware of only a couple of us who ride regularly during the week in the cold weather months and it's more fun and challenging if there are more riders (training oriented, but relaxed enough for off-season) to bring out the lights and ride. This is a big town to have such a small cycling scene so I'm trying to call the cyclists out of the woodwork! :)

It's difficult enough to get fair weather riders out, and doubly difficult to get people to ride over the "off-season."
Best of luck with your efforts, but we simply have too many smokers and couch potatoes in the state.
Maybe some of the future rail to trail developments will help to get people back on the bike and in better shape.
