The LA Times recentlly reported that Paris, France, in a public/private partnership has placed more than 10,000 bikes, at 300 rental stations, on the streets around the capital.
By years end, the city hopes to have at least 20,000 bikes in the program.
Now that's a serious Bike Friendly effort!!!
