I just wanted to drop in and say hi to everyone. I moved to Harrodsburg a couple weeks ago and would like to get back into mountain biking. I've spent the past 5 years in Memphis and haven't rode much, and I want to get back in shape. Are there any trails near the Harrodsburg area? I currently have an older GT Zaskar LE with a mix of LX, XT, and XTR components.
Your best bet is going to
Your best bet is going to Frankfort and riding at Capitol View Park. Just head north on 127 from Harrodsburg and cut through Lawrenceburg. Once you cross I-64 you'll take a right after the Starbucks and Mall and head down 420. Go through two stoplights and then the park is on your left after you cross the river.
