trails in LBL

Posted in

im fairly new to the mountain bike scene, ive raced bmx bikes for years so i dont see myself as a "beginner" but im just not in the know on where to ride. i know LBL is loaded with trails but im not sure which to ride. can someone point me in the direction of their favorite trails in western ky???

I've got limited

I've got limited time/experience on the LBL trails, but the North/South trail, starting at Golden Pond and heading north is a favorite of many. Short climbs and relatively fast, flowing trails, not to mention the great views of the lake.

At the northern most section of the trails, on the other side of road, is the Canal Loop, that has a few more technical features. It also features some very fast flowing sections, as well as great scenic vistas.

The good folks at Wood N Wave Bike Shop, on the northern section, can also point you in the right direction.
Enjoy the ride!

The guys at Bikes and Moore

The guys at Bikes and Moore in Hopkinsville know the LBL trails very well. Contact them with any questions.
