The 2007 Summer National Senior Games presented

It starts at 1:30 PM at Slugger Field, in the Jack Daniel?s Lounge on
the 2nd floor.

More than 4,000 volunteers will be needed for the two week long Senior Games. The games are expected to attract approx. 12,000 athletes age 50 and older to compete in dozens of athletic events.
If you volunteer before March 15th, you'll be eligible for a variety of prize drawings (prizes haven't been announced yet). All volunteers will get a free t-shirt, regardless of volunteer date.
Most of the competition is slated to be held at the Ky. Exposition Center (ie- the "fairgrounds") and UofL.
Road cycling is included and it will be interesting to watch some of the 50+ speedsters tearing up the asphalt.
